The JCST has released the T&O Person Specification for 2023.
There have been no major changes to the PS for 2023.
The main point to note is that the timing of attaining Parts a & B of the MRCS have been changed back to pre-COVID time-frames.
You need to ensure you have passed both parts of the MRCS by the time of your offer (typically April/May).
