This Website is brought to you by Meddicle LTD, (“Meddicle LTD”, or “ST3 Ortho Interview”, or “we” or “us”) and all rights, including copyright, in the content of the Website is owned or controlled by Meddicle LTD (excluding content accessed via creative commons license).
Meddicle LTD and its affiliates provide access to the Website and sells its products to you subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use set out on this page and the Terms and Conditions of Sale which follow.

1. What do I agree to by entering the Website?
You are invited to use the Website on the basis of the Terms and Conditions of Use set out below.
By entering the Website and using its Features (as defined below) you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions of Use or any part of them, you should not enter or use the Website. Meddicle LTD may modify or update these Terms and Conditions of Use from time to time. If you continue to use this Website after any changes, this means you agree to be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions of Use.

We are happy to receive from you any ideas, suggestions, graphics, pictures or anything else, but do please remember that, by sending us your submission (the “Material”) you will be deemed to have granted Meddicle LTD (and any of its subsidiaries or associated companies) a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to any such work worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in the Material.
Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under our
Privacy Policy, any material you transmit or post to the Website shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
By submitting your Material to this site, you also warrant that:
you have the right to make it available to Meddicle LTD;
the Material is not defamatory; and
the Material does not infringe any law or rights or interests of any third party in any country of the world, in particular that the Material does not , plagiarise, or infringe on the rights of third parties including copyright, trade mark, trade secret, privacy, personal, publicity, or proprietary rights.
You agree to indemnify Meddicle LTD against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by Meddicle LTD as a result of your breach of the above warranty. You also agree to waive any moral rights in the Material for the purposes of its submission to and publication on the Website and the other purposes specified above.
This means that all stories, comments, suggestions, ideas, graphics or other information sent to us can be used by us as we see fit. As customers are in receipt of the full product upon purchase refunds are only processed should customers be unable to access the website.

9.3 Content delivered on the courses or during the mock interviews is by registrars and Meddicle LTD does not offer any warranties (whether express, implied or otherwise) as to the reliability, accuracy or completeness of the information appearing

10. Intellectual Property Rights
10.1 Meddicle LTD, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or content suppliers are the owners of all intellectual property rights in the content and software included on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, and such content and software is protected by UK, European, and international laws.
10.2 You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, database rights, trademarks, names, images, logos, and other intellectual property rights related to the Website content, software, and all HTML and other code included in this Website (collectively, "Intellectual Property Rights") shall at all times remain vested in Meddicle LTD and are protected by copyright and other laws and international treaty provisions.
10.3 You may not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial parts of this Website without the prior written consent of Meddicle LTD.
10.4 You may not, except as permitted under these Terms and Conditions, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, redistribute, transfer, or sell in whole or in part, the Website or any of the Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, without obtaining the prior written consent of Meddicle LTD.
10.5 Nothing contained in this Website shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any Intellectual Property Rights displayed or existing on or in this Website, except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
10.6 Upon purchasing question bank access or attending an interview course, you enter into an agreement that the information, skills, techniques, and content obtained shall not be reproduced without the prior written consent of ST3 Ortho Interview.
10.7 By attending a course or purchasing question bank access, you may not create similar courses or materials for commercial purposes without the express permission and acknowledgment of ST3 Ortho Interview.

11. Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy
11.1 Upon the purchase of question bank access, the Customer enters into an agreement with ST3 Ortho Interview, acknowledging that they are not eligible for a refund as they are deemed to have received the full digital resource upon purchase.
11.2 Upon the purchase of a mock interview, ST3 Ortho Interview agrees to provide one mock interview, which may be delivered either in-person or online, and shall be conducted by a current Orthopaedic Registrar.
11.3 The mock interview shall consist of a minimum of 20 minutes of questioning by the registrar and response by the Customer.
11.4 ST3 Ortho Interview shall not be under any obligation to meet any specified standard of interview or to provide an interview score. ST3 Ortho Interview connects customers to orthopaedic registrars for preparation and are not responsible for the content of the interviews or of courses delivered.
11.5 In the event that the Customer completes the mock interview, they shall not be entitled to a refund as they shall be deemed to have received the full delivered service.
11.6 ST3 Ortho Interview shall not be under any obligation to provide anything further than a single mock interview as described in 11.3.
11.7 The Knowledge Course shall consist of a minimum of 3 hours of lectures, delivered either in-person or online, and shall cover topics related to orthopaedic anatomy and content relevant to the ST3 orthopaedic interviews.
11.8 ST3 Ortho Interview shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the content of the lectures is accurate and relevant. ST3 Ortho Interview shall not be responsible for the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the information provided at mock interviews, courses, or online, as such content shall be delivered by Orthopaedic Registrars.
11.9 ST3 Ortho Interview shall not be under any obligation to meet any standard of content that may be judged by the Customer.
11.10 In the event of any technical difficulties disrupting the delivery of the online interviews or courses, causing interruptions of more than 30 minutes, the Customer shall be eligible for a partial refund.
11.11 Upon payment, in the event that the Customer wishes to cancel their place on a mock interview or course, they shall abide by the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations made more than one month prior to the date of the course shall incur a 25% deduction of the total cost of registration.
Cancellations made less than one month, but more than 14 days, prior to the date of the course shall incur a 50% deduction of the total cost of registration.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the date of the course shall not be eligible for a refund, as final numbers shall have been confirmed by that time.
11.12 The timing, content, or format of the course lectures and mock interviews may be altered on the day without the obligation to inform the Customer.
11.13 ST3 Ortho Interview shall not guarantee any success in the real interview.

12. The OI Guarantee Terms
12.1 For users who sign-up to the Question Bank, Mock Interview Course and The Knowledge Course if the user does not successfully secure a ST3 T&O job we will grant access to all our resources free of charge for the next interview year.
12.2 To take-up this offer users need to email following the ST3 results with their score, any feedback and a breakdown of the stations they sat to allow us to personalise their preparation for the following year.

13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 The Internet is by its nature an unreliable medium. Consequently, you accept that this Website is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
13.2 While Meddicle LTD takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the Website is properly functioning at all times, Meddicle LTD does not warrant that this Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this Website or the server that makes it available are free of software viruses or bugs or other defects.
13.3 Meddicle LTD has no control over, and disclaims all responsibility for, any content you encounter, or events which may occur as a result of your use of the Features and Meddicle LTD shall not be liable for any damages or other losses of any type whatsoever incurred by you as a result of your use of the Website or the Features.
13.4 Meddicle LTD shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of visiting this Website or making use of the Features or information available on the Website. You must take your own precautions (including, but not limited to, installing adequate protective measures to guard against software viruses and ensuring that you retain up-to-date copies of all data) to protect yourself against loss or damage.
13,5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions of Use shall exclude or limit Meddicle LTD’ liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter or any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Whole Agreement and Governing Law
14.1 Your use of the Website, any purchase by you on the Website of any products and these Terms and Conditions of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and will be deemed to have occurred in England.
14.2 By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Use and using the Website, you accept that any dispute under these Terms and Conditions of Use or arising out of use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Meddicle LTD’ intellectual property rights, Meddicle LTD may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in any country in the world, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. By using this Website you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for such purposes and waive any and all objections to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.
14.3 If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Use are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining conditions.
